Adib Nachabé is a residential and commercial real estate broker and partner at the IMMO1 Real Estate Team. He is also the owner of a marketing agency in Montreal and brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and negotiations.
He studied architecture in Italy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing. He has also worked as a regional director of strategy for global brands such as MasterCard, Mercedes-Benz, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Google, and many others.

While studying in Rome, Adib rented a studio apartment that was too small, even for one person. He proposed to the landlord to double the usable space in exchange for two months’ rent — and the landlord agreed.
Two months later, the apartment had been completely reconfigured, with a mezzanine bedroom, a functional living space below, and a more efficient kitchen layout. A few days later, the landlord invited him for dinner at his place and offered him a job helping manage all his properties.
Today, more than 30 years later, Adib combines his passion for real estate, architecture, strategy, marketing, and creative thinking to help property owners maximize the full potential of their sale.
